Eddie Hinton was the quintessential blue-eyed soul man, a brilliant singer, songwriter and guitar player that helped create the Muscle Shoals sound and influenced many musicians with his soulful songs and performances. Eddie's songs have been recorded by Dusty Springfield ("Breakfast In Bed"), Percy Sledge ("Cover Me"), Aretha Franklin ("Every Natural Thing"), the Box Tops ("Choo Choo Train"), Drive-By Truckers ("Everybody Needs Love") and many others. Eddie passed away twenty years ago on July 28th, 1995 and this intimate show at the NuttHouse Recording Studio celebrated his life and music with performances of Eddie's songs by...
