Jacye’s album That Was Then is nominated as best debut album of 2018 at the Independent Music Awards! The award ceremony will take place on June 22 in New York. Congrats Jacye!
Andreas Werner has been getting together with longtime friend and collaborator Jon Tiven (writer/producer for B.B. King, Wilson Pickett, Little Milton, Frank Black) to write songs for several upcoming projects.
Mixing for albums by Mark Narmore and Funky Chester will happen in April as well as finishing of mixing the Eddie Hinton tribute live album featuring performances by the Muscle Shoals Allstars, Jimmy Hall, Donnie Fritts, Scott Boyer and many others. Writing is underway for several other projects to be out later this year.
Harvey Thompson was at the HuttHouse today to add his tenor sax to Mark Narmore’s upcoming album. The session was engineered by Jimmy Nutt and produced by Andreas Werner.
Andreas Werner traveled to Virginia for 3 days of pre-production with Sherman Holmes. The album will be recorded in June in Nashville.
Mickey Buckins was recording vocals and tambourine for “One More Go ‘Round”, a song he co-wrote with Andreas Werner today at the NuttHouse. Jimmy Nutt was engineering.
