Buzz Cason honored by Country Music Hall of Fame

On July 5th, legendary songwriter Buzz Cason was honored by the Country Music Hall of Fame as part of their Poets & Prophets series. Buzz has been a fixture of the Nashville music scene for 60 years as a songwriter, publisher, artist, session vocalist and studio owner (the great Creative Workshop). He is best known for co-writing the classics "Everlasting Love" (Robert Knight, Gloria Estefan, U2) and "Soldier Of Love" (Arthur Alexander, The Beatles, Pearl Jam). Buzz's most recent album Troubadour Heart (Plowboy Records) has been recieving stellar reviews and Americana airplay all over the world!
